SimCity 4

In SimCity 4 you create your own world. You start with plain ground, add some trees, valleys, rivers, lakes etc. Then start building your city. Build houses, shops, and whole infrastructure. Build various power plants, which affect on the pollution level. Wind power plants are ecological and best to build on mountains. Then deliver water for your citizens. Build plumbs and water pumps. Then build some schools, fire departments, police departments and hospitals so your citizens will be safe and educated. Raise taxes, customize your business. Then ask your citizen what they would upgrade on your city. Maybe there isn’t enough work for them. Build factories etc. SimCity 4 enables you also to make volcanoes, tornadoes or meteors and many catastrophes. SimCity enables you to fill whole planet with a lot of cities with infinite options.
