In Mall Tycoon 3 you will create your own shopping heaven. It is set in new 3D graphics. You will build and then manage your whole shop, upgrade it, make new shops, whose are customizable and more. Your shoppers will spend a lot of money if you are doing your job right and if you care about your mall. But if your skills in management aren’t so good your shoppers will visit your mall, see bad shops, some waste, high prizes the will leave it forever. Also you can build food courts, movie theaters and many decorations and other stuff to improve your mall. You will have more than 40 stores available and over 20 challenges, whose will test your skills in building a mall from scratch, or upgrading it and managing it.
