Cryostasis: Sleep of Reason is a first person action game, which takes place on the Arctic Circle. You take role of a meteorologist Alexander Nesterov, which is sent to a Russian North Pole station “Pole 21” to investigate on an old trapped Russian ice breaker North Wind. This massive steel construction is slowly freezing and killing every living form. You will have to fight against cold and many other enemies and discover the truth and unveal the mystery of this ice breaker. But you won’t use standard weapons because you have special ability “Mental Echo”. It enables you to penetrate another character’s memory and change actions taken by the character in the past to affect the present and gain strategical advantage. Game contains highly detailed levels, great graphics, historically authentic weapons and game also features awesome physics.
