The world of Darwinia is a surreal and retro world populated by old pixelated video game sprites from the 1980s. The world is locked in warfare and in front of self-destruction, peaceful Darwinians are occupated by a massive Red Viral onslaught. Combining fast action with strategic battle planning, Darwinia features interesting controls, such as using the mouse to draw units; mixture of 2D and 3D graphics create a visually unique world., a graphical style ripped from 80's retro classics like Tron and Defender. It has a storyline about Darwinians trapped in the war.
